Methods of manufacture and delivery
Depending on the nature and location of the project, either one of the following methods of delivery may prove more efficient than the other.
1. Volumetric delivery:
This system delivers the modules fully complete including all finishes, including electrical works. Whilst saving time for site installation,shipping costs can be somewhat expensive.
2. Knockdown delivery:
Utilising the same materials as the volumetric delivery,this system utilises a knockdown or partially complete form of delivery.Prefabricated floor,wall and ceiling panels are manufactured with inherent structural elements and assembled using a bolted system. Bathrooms are shipped complete including all plumbing elements as independent load bearing modules which attach to the main structural elements on site. General site work requires,bolting together of panels and bathrooms, installing junctions,electrical install to factory installed conduit.
All items are packed into and shipped by HQ shipping containers.
Advantages are 1: Ability to construct buildings to any shape or size without the restrictions of volumetric delivery,2.An average of 70% reduction in shipping costs, resulting in a more cost efficient final build cost 3.ability for engineers to inspect bolted structural connections,single electrical installation on site.

Built as a stand alone module to your requirements these units can be shipped independently and installed into rooms on site. Available prefabricated or in flat pack configuration

Saving time and money modular hotel rooms are pre finished to the chosen specification.
Units are then shipped and quickly assembled on site leaving only service and fire wall connections required on site.
