Based in Siracha Thailand; Modular Concepts are project consultants whose philosophy is to provide solutions to a range of modular and prefabricated building projects.
Our projects are typically single to multi storey hotels and apartments.
Our primary focus is design, material procurement, and project management of multi unit projects such as Hotels, Multi-storey apartments and Resorts.
Modular Concepts work with clients and design teams to ensure the proposed buildings are in line with the design brief and site limitations.
We follow the project from start to finish, and are present in the modular factory on a day to day basis covering quality assurance, compliance, adherence to program and cost control.
Part of our service involves the compilation of a photographic manufacturing diary and quality assurance reports. We also coordinate 3rd party regulators such as Structural and Fire Engineers, Building Certifiers, and client service consultants.
Some of the features of recent multi story projects include composite concrete floors and stairs, lightweight concrete floors, double glazed windows, luxury finishes such as: marble, granite, full height shower enclosures and coffered ceilings. Modular Concepts ensure all products are certified to comply with BCA, ASTM and BS standards and the relevant structural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical codes.

Our international design team will work with you to create the optimum solution to suit your modular building requirements while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Our procurement service enables the use of a virtually unlimited range of compliant products for our modular buildings.
During construction, Modular Concepts work closely with clients, Builders, suppliers and certifying bodies to ensure all modular building work is completed to standard and that all QC checks are undertaken and documented.
Holdpoints are used, awaiting sign-off before moving to the next stage, ie: structural sign-
off, firewalls etc.
Upon completion of modular buildings, Modular Concepts undertake final compliance and quality checks, collate all compliance documents from suppliers, Engineers and Building Certifiers, and arrange shipping.
Modular buildings are securely wrapped to avoid transit damage.
