Modern Concepts Construction was established in 1984 as a carpentry contracting firm specializing in interior fit-ups and acoustical ceilings. Since that time we have provided our clients with the highest level of service and have expanded to support their needs. Modern Concepts Development & Construction, LLC. was formed to reflect the growth of our organization to meet those needs.

Our team of Principals has over 87 years of construction experience on projects as large as 875,000 square feet. The scope of services we provide in the Commercial and Light Industrial market sectors varies from Site Selection and Feasibility Studies to complete General Contracting and Project Management. Our core focus will be tenant fit-ups where we will provide a level of service, normally associated with larger interior specialists, at a competitive price range.

We have established ourselves as a firm to rely upon for General Contracting and Project Management services throughout Northern New Jersey and the New York Metropolitan area.

Our client range consists of all types of corporate clients: food and beverage, research and development, medical, health and fitness, packaging and distribution and retail to name a few. We have developed professional relationships with many, area real-estate brokers as well as leading property managers.
